This is our ONLY honey exclusively made here in the mountains of Western North Carolina by Tim Trescott, the Owner of Beelite Inc. This local honey contains mostly Tulip Poplar alongside other local wildflowers.

Note: Most honey will crystalize either during shipping or after you receive it. Honey from different floral sources or in different environments crystalizes at different rates. When your honey becomes crystalized it's easy to decrystalize. Just place the entire jar in a saucepan of boiling water, and the honey will quickly de-crystalize as it warms up.
