Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. When working with beeswax and rubber molds, temperature is very important. Beeswax should not be poured hotter than 185°F, as higher temperatures can cause the wax to stick to the mold.

If a candle does become stuck, the mold usually does not need to be discarded. Gently twisting the mold from the top and bottom will often release the candle. If needed, placing the mold in the freezer will harden the wax and allow it to release, this may ruin the candle and require re-pouring, but it saves the mold.
