Gallberry Honey is a Southern honey gathered from the nectar of gallberry blossoms deep in the coastal regions of Georgia. Produced by a beekeeper we know and trust, this honey is known for its rich amber color, smooth texture, and bold yet balanced flavor with subtle earthy undertones.
Often compared by honey enthusiasts to a more delicate American counterpart to Manuka-style honeys, Gallberry Honey has developed a loyal following for its unique character and naturally rich taste profile.
Perfect for tea, toast, charcuterie boards, baking, or enjoying straight from the spoon, this raw honey brings a true taste of the Southern landscape to your table.
Sourced from hardworking bees. Bottled with care. Naturally delicious.
Note: Most honey will crystalize either during shipping or after you receive it. Honey from different floral sources or in different environments crystalize at different rates. When your honey becomes crystalized it's easy to decrystalize. Just place the entire jar in a saucepan of boiling water and the honey will quickly decrystalize as it warms up.
