Take all decorations off of your candle before burning. Keep all candles away from children and pets. Candles are not toys. When burning your candle only burn for 3 to 4 hours at one time. NEVER leave Burning candles unattended.

Returns

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt.
2. Repack items securely; just like you received them.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice.
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
5. Ship returns to the address below
(Delivery confirmation & insurance recommended.)

Return shipping charges will be credited in all cases that do not involve purchaser error (Example; “Oops, I bought the wrong size, or color.”) If the error was ours or you were not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your return shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
